What kind of weird question is this?! Am I alone in the motel? If I’m with someone, we might not pay much attention to the sounds around us because we’d be making our own sounds… oh, get your mind out of the gutter! Stop smirking, perv! I mean, we could be talking, watching TV or eating snacks (potato chips bags are notorious for making a lot of noises).
