Maybe some bots were a part of the previous day’s earnings?

Yesterday before midnight I checked my earnings: $89.87. This morning when I checked, it’s $86.02. It went down. I did not know that was possible but I keep score and my earnings decreased after I spent the day reading and engaging with more than 17 articles/writers.

Maybe some bots were a part of the previous day’s earnings? Last month and this month have been extremely wacky for me on Medium from a stats point of view, too.
