Tell them there is a five-year window where all profits from converting trailer parks to condominiums will be tax free. That’s right: not a penny of capital gains tax will be paid if the owner cashes out now and converts the trailer park to a condominium structure, offering the current tenants the right to buy the land under their unit. Within five years every trailer park in America will have gone condo.
Should Trailer Parks Be Outlawed?
