I grew up in Trinidad. This is all new. The birds in my reality were chickens, one we called cobeaux (vultures), and song birds. It's hard to identify. (first peoples of Trinidad we're eradicated or culture stripped) The connections are feel for Egypt are not strong; West Africa, Yoruba peoples, are closer. The angel's thing I associate with my Catholicism which I've recently stepped far away from.
