You did a magnificent drabble, too. New year, new things.

I always had the opposite problem. I was always summarizing and being succinct for work. Boiling stories down to only what I needed to touch the audience was almost second nature.

I got feedback on my book on progress, and I was coached that my chapters are too short and that I have to build more, not just to tell the point but to give the before, during, and after, more elaborately build their settings, and on and on.

Participating in these drabble prompts has brought me joy this week.
